DISCORSO DI PAOLO DORIGO PER LA MANIFESTAZIONE DI PLACE DU LUXEMBURG 10-6-2023

Cittadini di Bruxelles, amiche/i !
Mi chiamo Paolo Dorigo, sono un oppositore ed un sindacalista dei lavoratori, soprattutto ma non solo, immigrati, sfruttati in Italia.
Non è vero che l’Italia è un paese libero.
In Italia ci sono molte persone che sono torturate nel silenzio generale. E non solo chi vive nelle prigioni.
Ma ciò succede anche negli altri paesi occidentali, come dimostra la quantità di vittime dichiarate e di associazioni contro le armi ad energia diretta.
Mentre ero in carcere, sono stato clandestinamente innestato con mezzi di controllo sul finire del 1995; con questi strumenti, sono impedito alla libertà di pensiero fin dal anno 2002 se non prima.
Questo avveniva mentre ero detenuto, e successivamente anche se ero tornato in libertà.
In tutti i continenti vi sono cittadini che dirigono l’economia e lo sviluppo tecnologico, e cittadini che ne fanno le spese.
Principalmente i popoli del tricontinente Asia, America Latina e Africa, pagano dei prezzi altissimi con guerre, carestie, dittature, sfruttamento della terra e delle miniere da parte delle multinazionali, razzismo.
Basti pensare al popolo Palestinese, ma non è l’unico a soffrire il razzismo dei potenti.
Ma anche noi, vittime delle armi tecnologiche, subiamo distanza sociale, limitazioni ai nostri diritti, e finanche abolizione della libertà di pensiero.
Con armi a distanza ci colpiscono, provocano e umiliano il nostro amore per la vita e per il cambiamento sociale, imponendosi sulla nostra libertà con il silenzio generale ed il disinteresse delle istituzioni sedicenti democratiche.

My name is Paolo Dorigo, I am an opponent and a trade unionist of workers, especially but not only, immigrants, exploited in Italy.
It’s not true that Italy is a free country.
In Italy many people are tortured in the general silence. And not only  those who live in prisons.
But this is also the case in other Western countries, as evidenced by the number of declared victims and associations against direct energy weapons.
While I was in prison, I have been secretly implanted with brain control towards the end of 1995; with these tools, I have been prevented from freedom of thought since 2002 year if not before.
This happened while I was in prison, and later on even though I was free.
On all continents there are citizens who direct the economy and technological development, and citizens who pay the price.
Mainly the peoples of Three-Continent Asia, Latin America and Africa, pay high prices with war, famine, dictatorships, exploitation of land and mines by multinationals, racism.
Just think of the Palestinian people, but it is not the only one to suffer the racism of the powerful.
But we too, victims of technological weapons, suffer social distance, restrictions on our rights, and even the abolition of freedom of thought.
With weapons at a distance they strike us, provoke and humiliate our love for life and for social change, imposing ourselves on our freedom with the general silence and disinterest of the so-called democratic institutions.

Questo Occidente, non è una democrazia, con questi sistemi, con queste disparità e abusano e governano l’informazione e la tecnologia, mentre altre classi sociali le subiscono.
Questa situazione si vede anche attorno al controllo su internet, al 5G, a tutta una serie di sviluppi tecnologici dati per scontati, eppure assolutamente estranei alla vita e cultura degli stessi Popoli europei ed occidentali, da Parlamenti asserviti al potere delle grandi multinazionali e del grande capitale finanziario internazionale.
E’ la NATO-OTAN il collante di questo male, la ideologia di questa forma di dittatura internazionale.
La guerra in corso in Ucraina serve a questi potenti come scusa per queste forme di tortura ed a silenziare chi si oppone nel suo pieno diritto democratico di cittadini del mondo.
Come 200 anni fa, nel 1848, il mondo intero, ed il mondo occidentale al contempo, sono di fronte ad una necessità storica di rovesciamento delle dittature esistenti e di libertà dei popoli ed dei cittadini.
Per questo non è accettabile il silenzio sulle armi tecnologiche, sul controllo mentale, sull’innesto di strumentazioni inaudite che violentano la natura stessa oltre che la natura delle donne e degli uomini … e dei bambini che la subiscono.

This West is not a democracy, with these systems, with these disparities, and they abuse and govern information and technology, while other social classes suffer them.
This situation can also be seen around the control on the Internet, 5G, a whole series of technological developments taken for granted, yet absolutely unrelated to the life and culture of the European and Western peoples themselves, Parliament is subservient to the power of the big multinationals and the big international financial capital.
NATO-OTAN is the glue of this evil, the ideology of this form of international dictatorship.
The ongoing war in Ukraine serves these powerful as an excuse for these forms of torture and to silence those who oppose in their full democratic right as citizens of the world.
As 200 years ago, in 1848, the whole world, and the Western world at the same time, are faced with a historical need to overthrow the existing dictatorships and the freedom of peoples and citizens.
For this reason it is not acceptable to silence on technological weapons, on mental control, on the implantation of unprecedented instruments that violate nature itself as well as the nature of women and men ... and the children who suffer it.
